FlixiCam for Mac License Plans

The license key will be sent to the email address you entered for the purchase shortly. If you do not receive the license key within a few minutes of purchasing, please check your Spam or Promotion E-mail folder just in case it was incorrectly classified as spam or promotion email.

In case you still have not received your license key, please contact us to check if there might be a slight typo error on the email address registered upon purchase which hindered you from receiving the download/license information.

Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with your license key included immediately. Then you can download the latest version of FlixiCam from Download Center and use the license key to activate it for getting the full version.

FlixiCam is subscription-based, meaning that your monthly or annual subscription will be renewed automatically at the end of your subscription term.

If you want to disable it to avoid renewal charges, you must do so before the renewal date. You can contact [email protected] with your registration email, and then we will cancel the auto-renewal service for you.

After the renewal, you will receive a new license. Please tap on the Menu icon of FlixiCam, then click "Register" > "Change Account" and enter the new license to activate the program again.

Yes, you still have access to use the full version of the program for the remainder of your billing period. And you can go to the Registration window of the program to check the expiration date.

When the subscription expires, the program will revert to the free trial version. Repurchase will be required if you want to keep using the full version.

The subscription will be renewed at the real-time price rather than the first-purchase price. For example, we will do some promotions occasionally. If you purchase the program with a discount price, bear in mind that: the discounted price is only applied to the initial purchase, and subsequent renewals will be charged at the original price as displayed on our website.

Sorry, you can't. If you'd like to get lifetime access to FlixiCam after a period of using, you need to buy the lifetime plan additionally.
